Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction and acceptance of terms

  • This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which  our affiliates will provide internet services to the subscriber.

  • By activating your service or using our equipment, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, including all policies incorporated by reference.

  • If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the service and notify us to terminate your account. 

2. Service provision

  • We will provide the internet service, as described in your service plan, to the service address you provide.

  • The service is for your personal, non-commercial use unless you have a separate commercial agreement with us.

  • We cannot guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or without latency, as it relies on factors beyond our control, including the internet backbone. 

3. Equipment

  • We may provide you with equipment (e.g., a modem or router) necessary to access the service.

  • Any equipment we provide remains our property and must be returned in good working condition if you terminate your service.

  • You are responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of the equipment, and you may be charged a fee for its replacement. 

4. Fees and payment

  • You agree to pay all applicable monthly fees, installation fees, and any other charges incurred in your use of the service.

  • Billing will occur on a monthly basis, and payments are due by the date specified on your statement.

  • Late payments may be subject to additional charges or may lead to a suspension or termination of your service.

  • We reserve the right to change our service fees with prior notice. 

5. Acceptable use policy (AUP)

  • You agree not to use the service for any illegal or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

    • Copyright infringement.

    • Distribution of malicious software (viruses, malware, etc.).

    • Hacking or unauthorized access to other computer systems.

    • Transmitting obscene, harassing, or defamatory materials.

    • Engaging in spamming or other unsolicited email practices.

  • We reserve the right to monitor your usage and to suspend or terminate your service if you violate this policy. 

6. Limitation of liability

  • We are not responsible for any damages or liabilities resulting from accidents, misuse, or neglect of the service or equipment by you or your agents.

  • Our total liability for any damages arising from any cause whatsoever, including negligence or failure of service, will be limited to the amount you paid for the service during the period in which the damage occurred.

  • We are not liable for any special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, such as loss of data or business opportunity. 

7. Technical support and service outages

  • We will provide technical support during specified business hours.

  • You must report any service faults to us for investigation.

  • We are not responsible for faults caused by your equipment or misuse of the service, and we may charge you for investigating such issues.

  • In the event of a significant service outage, we may provide a credit on your monthly bill for the period the service was unavailable. 

8. Termination of service

  • You may terminate this Agreement by providing us with written notice. Early termination fees may apply depending on your service plan.

  • We may terminate this Agreement and your service for reasons including:

    • Your failure to pay service fees.

    • Violation of our Acceptable Use Policy.

    • Any other material breach of this Agreement. 

9. Modifications to the agreement

  • We may modify this Agreement at any time. We will provide you with notice of any significant changes.

  • Your continued use of the service after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. 

10. Governing law

  • This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].
